State Conference – Location
The conference is being held at Hotel Ithaca with some programming occurring across the street at Coltivare. There is free parking at the hotel parking lot; located directly behind the hotel on Clinton Street.

The first day of the conference is April 29. Registration is available beginning at 12:00pm. The hotel check-in may begin at 2:00pm.
Upon arrival, please stop at the NYSBDC Welcome table in the hotel lobby and check in to receive you conference packet. You will be required to have a credit card on file with the hotel for incidentals, however, your room charges are covered by the NYSBDC. Please have a photo ID available at check-in. If you have any questions/concerns regarding your room reservation, please contact Bob Griffin at rgriffin@binghamton.edu.
The conference starts promptly at 3:00 p.m. at Coltivare; with a presentation on creating and delivering your team pitch. At 5 pm, both a buffet dinner will be available and the cash bar will be open.
