Job Title: Customer Service and Marketing Coordinator

Salary Range: $18,000. - $21,600. (Part Time)
Grade: N8
Reports to: Coordinator of Training and Education
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Employment is with the Research Foundation of SUNY, a private, nonprofit, educational corporation that administers sponsored program activity for the University at Albany.
Description of Duties: Provides customer relationship functions for teachers working with EntreSkills program; markets and promotes EntreSkills services and products; maintains curriculum content for online educational products; enhance and monitor client management system; coordinate online educational program testing.
Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma and five years of related experience required.
Applicants must address in their applications their abilities to work with a culturally diverse population.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience and demonstrated ability to develop and refresh content for an online educational product and to teach educators to use online educational products. Experience and demonstrated ability to interact effectively with vendors and clients. Familiarity or experience marketing products and services to the educational community. Familiarity and experience in identifying relevant funding opportunities. Proficiency with a variety of computer applications and software, including VoIP training software and in conducting internet research. Experience working effectively in a team environment. Ability to work productively on simultaneous projects and to respond quickly to rapidly changing priorities. Willingness to continue to develop skills and to participate in job-enhancing professional development programs.
